For home visit enquiries, please email debbie@shape-physio.au for a quote. We are able to coordinate care and payment with your Home Care Package provider or NDIS plan coordinator. |
We accept all private health insurance and have a HICAPS machine on site for easy claiming. Please note that we do not routinely bulk bill Medicare appointments. However, if you hold a valid EPC referral from your GP, you can receive a Medicare rebate of $60.40 to reduce the appointment cost.
